For the Dutch recovery company Poort from Hoogkerk we build after a long time of development the
first Scandinavian model heavy duty slidebed / lift installation.
- 12 ton slidebed with stainless steel side rail with a 6.7 ton sliding winch.k
- 12 ton liftinstallation double extension with powertild and adjustable head model SCORPION.
- 50 T/M Copma knuckle crane behind the cabine.
- 20 ton Sepson winch between crane and platform.
- 12 ton Sepson winch fitted inside the chassis with rollerfairlead till backside.
- Complete Scandinavian side skirt and toolboxes beteen crane and platform.
- Dieseltank fitted inside the toolbox for maximum spce.
- 2 hydraulic rear legs at the backside, etc.
The toolbox above the 20 ton winch with integrated diesel tank is almost ready.
Complete the foundation for the crane a 50 T/M Copma crane.
Finnisch the special platform with the polished stainless steel side plates.
For every project we make we first make complete 3D drawings with strength capculations !.
- Liftinstallation is completed, metalized and fitted against subframe/chassis (Scania R500 8x2 full air).
- Subframe is welded together all brackets for crane and toolboxes are ready.
- When the subframe is ready we can fit the winches.
- Tipping frame is ready for galvanisation.
